All the accommodation at Pen Mill Cottage is on one floor and therefore very suitable for the elderly and small children.

Three bedrooms:

Master - 1 large double bed, 1 child's bed (54" long)
Twin - 2 single beds (extra long)
Double - 1 double bed
2 cots are available on request

Two Bathrooms, one with Shower, one with Bath

Sitting Room with Open Log Fire (logs available)
TV & DVD plus many books and children's games

Kitchen/Diner - Aga and Electric Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave & Electric Cooker.

Games Room with ping pong table/trampoline/darts table football.

Large Securely Fenced Garden with child swing adjoining sunny terrace overlooking ponds and streams.

All Pets and Horses are welcome by prior arrangement. Stables and grazing available at extra cost.
